20105 – Rauch Residence

This project involved restoring a fire-damaged structure to its original state, while also incorporating additional square footage. Our engineering design services ensured that the rebuilt structure met all necessary safety and compliance standards, with enhancements to accommodate the new added space. The project required a comprehensive evaluation of the existing structural integrity post-damage and careful planning to integrate the new design seamlessly with the original construction.
